Basic Composition and Structure
Substrate: Cold rolled low-carbon steel strip (SPCC, MR, L and other grades) with good ductility and strength.
Coating: Single or double-sided electroplated tin plating (usually 0.1~2.0 μ m thick), some products are treated with chromate passivation (Wuxi steel plate, TFS).
Surface treatment: Additional coating with oil (DOS) or passivation film may be applied to improve corrosion resistance.
